How to make a return?
You have a legal period of 14 days to change your mind.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To submit a return request, you will need your order reference (alphabetical sequence, example: MHRZGDDAS)
This order reference can be found:
- In the confirmation email for your order,
- On the delivery note for your order,
- If applicable, in your customer account.

Log in to your customer account, on the left side you will find the withdrawal link.
Click on it and fill in the form details.
Pack the products corresponding to the withdrawal request. Please note that returned products must be new, with their label, neither washed nor worn.
Ship your parcel.
You can purchase your return label directly online on our website.
Or send your parcel back at your own expense to the following address:
