As part of our quality monitoring, we have identified a manufacturing defect on the Wooly Comforter reference 848 5009 - Batch No. 1790, sold from January 2024, which is non-compliant.

Indeed, the head of the comforter has a weak seam that may give access to the stuffing. This defect presents a choking hazard if swallowed by a child.

As a precautionary and safety measure, we ask customers to:

Please stop using this product immediately and

• Destroy it so that it can no longer be used. (Cut the product completely). Please send us a photo of the destroyed product to validate the refund. OR
• Return the product (return at our expense). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will proceed with a full refund.
