As part of our quality control process, we have identified a manufacturing defect in the Wooly Soft Toy, reference 848 5009 - Lot No. 1790, sold since January 2024, which does not comply with safety standards.

The head of the soft toy has a weak seam that could allow access to the filling. This defect poses a choking hazard if swallowed by a child.

As a precautionary and safety measure, we ask customers to: 

Please stop using this product and

• Destroy it so that it can no longer be used. (Cut up the entire product). Please send us a photo of the destroyed product in order to validate the refund. OR
• Return the product (return shipping costs will be covered by us). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a full refund.
