Once you have accumulated 100 points, shipped and invoiced, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your €7 discount to be used on the entire Kinousses site. The points accumulated are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The €7 coupon will take the form of a personal promotional code that will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. This programme was set up on 22.05.2021 and is retroactive for 3 months from this date. Any previous orders will not be taken into account when calculating the total number of orders placed by the same customer account.

2. Click on my account
3. Check your points from the dashboard

• How do I convert my loyalty points into a voucher ?

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click on ‘My account’ then ‘My loyalty points’.
3. Click on ‘Convert my points into a voucher’.
4. Confirm the conversion of points into a voucher
5. Use your promotional code in your basket to deduct your voucher

As a reminder, your loyalty points are only available once your order has been invoiced on our side. Also, you can only convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher once you have accumulated 100 points or more.
