The EN 1678 standard specifies the safety requirements for sleeping bags used in babies' sleep environment (i.e., without supervision).
Among the requirements, the EN 1678 standard requires that the neckline of sleeping bags be smaller than the diameter of the baby's head, to ensure that they cannot put their head inside their sleeping bag.
