It all starts at our premises located in Novalaise, in Savoie (73). This is where our designers and pattern makers create all of our collections.

From the drawing stage, we think about the comfort of newborns and the daily lives of parents. We create prototypes that we check and modify as many times as necessary (sometimes three, four or five times!) to achieve flawless quality. As long as the product is not perfect and completely safe, we do not launch anything.

Our partner factories: three countries, three factual areas of expertise

Once the prototypes have been approved in Novalaise, production is launched through our network of partner factories. To offer you the best value for money, we seek out expertise where it excels most:

• Portugal for our entire knitwear range: The north of Portugal has a worldwide reputation for its textile industry. This is your guarantee of knitwear and clothing of absolute softness, essential for babies' delicate skin.

• Pakistan for our muslin cloths: This country is one of the world's leading specialists in cotton. Their spinning mills have mastered the weaving of cotton muslin, which allows us to offer you ultra-absorbent, healthy and long-lasting muslin cloths.

• China for the rest of our equipment: For more technical products or larger nursery items, Chinese factories have the infrastructure and technological precision essential to guarantee the solidity of mechanisms.

We know that manufacturing abroad, and in Asia in particular, sometimes raises questions. Yet the quality of a product depends on the level of standards imposed on it.

For us, a partner is not just a name on a contract. Our partner factories are subject to regular audits and visits. This is the only way to verify on-site that our quality standards are being met, and that social standards and working conditions are strictly respected.
