How do I make a return ?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to change your mind. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Don't forget to download and fill in the returns form.
With Trois Kilos Sept, you have 14 days to change your mind (from the date you receive your parcel) and it's easy !
1. Fill in our returns form
2. Pack the products
In order for your return to be validated by our customer service department, the products must be kept in their original packaging and in their original (new) condition.
3. Send your parcel
Option 1 : Buy your delivery label directly online
Option 2 : Return your parcel by your own means to the following address :

Once we have received your package and checked that it is in order, our customer service department will contact you to confirm the refund or exchange.
